Floating Solar: Status, Trends and How to Grow the Community

Floating Solar is on the best way to become the 3rd pillar of the PV industry, after ground-mounted and rooftop installations. The global installed capacity has surpassed 3 GWp in 2021. The keynote will summarise the current status and show upcoming trends in Floating PV. It will also address the need for greater exchange of information, experiences, and data. For that, the keynote will act as the preliminary launch of the “International Floating Solar Society” (IFS2).
